We’re looking for a forward-thinking Automation Engineer (AI & IT Automation) to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that turbocharge operations across the organization. This role will be hands-on with AI-powered internal bots, IT process automation, and automation-driven reporting workflows that empower teams to work smarter, not harder. What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain AI assistants/bots (using ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms) that help employees quickly access internal knowledge and complete tasks efficiently.
• Design and implement automated workflows to support IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Automate Microsoft 365 administration tasks — including user provisioning/deprovisioning, licensing, access control, mailbox actions, and group management — using tools like Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.
• Develop self-service IT workflows for common requests (password resets, access changes, onboarding/offboarding).
• Create and maintain runbooks, error handling processes, and alerting for automation failures.
• Automate expense reporting processes, including generation, validation, and analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI preferred), ensuring automated data refreshes and report accuracy.
• Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, connectors, and service accounts to ensure seamless automation across platforms.

Who You Are:

• You’ve got real-world experience in automation engineering, workflow automation, scripting, or similar.
• You know Microsoft 365 administration and automation tools inside and out (e.g., PowerShell, Microsoft Graph).
• You’ve built AI-based automations (ChatGPT, Gemini, or other LLM APIs) that solve real business problems.
• You’re comfortable integrating systems via APIs and creating reliable, secure workflows.
• You’ve created dashboards/reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
• You understand security, access control, and data privacy best practices — and you apply them without being asked twice.
